My husband witnessed the owner pounding on the cages and screaming at the dogs when we went to drop off our dog at this kennel. Automatically realized he made a mistake by coming there. The owner who is named Lee threatened to shoot our dog when our dog barked at him and urinated on his floor. Our dog was clearly scared of this guy and honestly we we were too...Got the hell out of there and went straight to pet retreat in the Dells where we had no issues and nobody threatened to kill our dog. Don't trust this guy with your dog. He also pays to have his Google reviews deleted. I found this out from a Google rep after my review was deleted. I'm sure there are many more people that have had similar experiences like ours. I'm sure all those people that have left good reviews are family or friends.
