Provided by YP.comService tech was helpful and professional l. Pricing is deplorable. 90.00 to look at the unit and diagnose. 54.00 to pull a piece out of the unit, wipe it off with a loin cloth, and replace it. The thermostat was faulty and will not be replaced by this company but by the owners.

Provided by YP.comDid a rewire on a 2 unit apt. `Never finished the job after the meters were planted but charged my account. Called and NEVER got a response. DO NOT USE THEM. I own several rental
in Barberton and will never use them again, Don't return Calls and no service from the salesman. They have stiil have not shown up to transfer my services to the house panel, 12,000 worth of work. What a SCAM THEY RUN .

Provided by YP.comWe called for getting a new furnace/AC installed in the middle of July, and they scheduled us in 2 days. Very courteous and knowledgeable from beginning to end. The 3 specialists that came to my house were polite and you would have never known they were there as they cleaned up perfectly!! Highly Recommend!

Provided by YP.comWon a consolation prize of a free AC tune-up. Tech completed the job and said that the unit was old but in great condition. Told me to schedule a free estimate for a new furnace and AC because they had rebates now. 4 hours later, AC unit will not turn on. I look at the unit and find screws laying on the slab, notice a panel on the unit has a pinched lip, and is not seated correctly. I call and was told my tech is off but she will dispatch a tech immediately. 5 hours later, hadn't heard from them, so I called to see when they will be out. They hung up, twice, once I say my name. The third rep answers and says "No one has called you yet?" She then apologizes, says how busy they were and informs me a tech will call asap. I'm without AC for 21 hours (house is 85 F) and there has been zero communication. It's safe to assume Blind & Sons has chosen to enjoy their Memorial Day weekend, rather than fixing the damage their tech has caused.

He was very considerate of our property: put on shoe covers to walk in the house, cleaned up after himself, spoke to us about what he was doing and asked us if it was ok to move from one area to the next, and kind to our pets. After Mike completed his testing and cleaning he went over the results verbally and sent us an email with everything explained. Thank you for this great experience Mike Dee and Blind&Sons!!!

Provided by YP.comScott who was our technician was honest, knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help us with our water heater issues. He went above and beyond and took a few minutes to talk to me before leaving. We have been using Blind & Sons for years and they put in an air conditioning system in our house that has been working great for years.

Provided by YPmobileWexpress just installed a ew pool heater, UT the pool guy was unable to get the pilot lit. No gas was coming down the line. Blind and Sons sent Todd Riggins to help us. He was wonderful. When a problem we felt was an easy fix turned into a huge puzzle, Todd kept trying. Phone calls to his boss offered encouragement, but little success. Finally,both Todd and I agreed the situation was beyond his control, he said,"I am going to try it one more time!" He did and it worked! We had gas to our heater! I guess the moral to my story is "Never give up!" Todd didn't! He's the best!

Provided by YP.comWe are satisfied with their service techs and call center; they've even put is on a "MVP" list for being a continued customer and we have my 88 year old mother living with us. Usually same day service. My only complaint is, we have a boiler system, and not many of the techs really know how to work on it. Wish they would send us the ones who truly know how to work on this type of heating system

Provided by YP.comOK… My furnace was acting “funny”… my house temperature went down to 48 last night. I called Blind & son. Repairman “Ben” came to fix my furnace at about 2pm today… he stayed for hours and then came back for 2 more hours. I do not even know if my furnace was repaired or not. My furnace may have a “gremlin”: (15 years old)… I may even need as new furnace, or expensive new parts. But I feel that Ben gave 110% effort to resolve my problem. Attention Blind Son…. Take care of Ben… you have a gold mine there!!! He is has much integrity and ambition to do such a good job.

Provided by YP.comWe had lost electrical service to part of the house and the outside rear. We made an appointment for that week and the specialist, Dan Cain, was right on time. He tracked down the problem area and was able to restore the lost service that day. Mr. Cain was very courteous and explained the problem and how he intended to repair it. He also took pains to clean up the work area.
The only downside was the estimate was a bit higher than I expected. However, the work was completed in a timely fashion se we are very pleased.

Provided by YP.comChester and Jay came out for a duct cleaning. Both were very professional, explaining every step and going over several options with me. They spent over three hours doing an extremely thorough job. While Blind & Sons may not be the cheapest option out there, they definitely do top quality work.

Provided by YP.comI have had Blind&Sons service contracts on both rental and personal property and have always been more than pleased with their service and their Techs.
My last service was preformed by Jared #656 and his professonial manner and knowledge of my equipment makes him my requested Tech for servicing my heating and air conditioning.
Have and will continue to recommend Blind&Sons to friends and family.

Provided by YP.comWe have used Blind and Sons for years. They replaced a furnace a few years ago and do regular maintenance on our heating and cooling system. This year we moved and needed a creative approach to heat and cool a large greenhouse. They beat everyone for creativity, cost, and completion schedule. I will continue to use them for heating, cooling, and electric. I'm a big fan.
