Sat in the shop with my eye on a high end rifle after the salesman had to be guided by me repeatedly to the weapon I was talking about (by brand, action type, caliber) I bring in my weapon to work a trade (also a high end weapon with almost every option and accessory available) was forced to wait over 20 minutes before being helped. My rifle was taken to someone else and brought back with an offer of less than budget level rifles of its kind. Was told accessories do not effect value and when they were told I could bring back a bare bones rifle for that price they wouldn't offer the same. I understand having to make a dollar but that's downright shameful. Will not be making another purchase again.

I LOVE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE THE BEST AND FRIENLIEST TO DEAL WITH AND ALWAYS FRIENDLY TO MY FAMILY AND I. WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO BUY GUNS.
