They were charged with making my artwork creation for my rare Nissan S Cargo van a reality and, did so with great satisfaction. Pricing was way lower than any other shop plus, the explanations as to the WHY of their suggestions as to both color and placement due to design and their experience was accomplished professionally. The finished project has garnered many appreciative remarks and has enhanced not only the look but value of this little van! Will I be using them in the future, you can count on it!

The issue with King Custom Graphics is their customer service. They were nice in our interactions, but I always had to remind them to follow through with what I asked, which was very frustrating. I initially asked for a price quote. Three days later I emailed back asking for the price quote again. I then sent over our graphics, and asked to move forward with the sign. I waited a week with no reply, then emailed back asking for the status of the sign. Once they told me that they had completed the sign, I asked for an invoice so I could get a check cut. I waited a few days with no reply from them, then emailed them again asking for an invoice. After waiting ten days with no reply, I emailed again asking for an invoice. This time I received an invoice about five minutes after that email. Nothing got done without me reminding them that they had a customer waiting.

I had absolutely no qualms when dealing with King Custom Graphics. They knew what they were doing and provided a great service.

I am the president of several organizations and anytime I need anything, King Custom Graphics are almost my first call.
