It was a 25-seat luncheonette in Waycross, Ga., called The Green Frog and promised “Service with a Hop”. He went on to open the first Olive Garden in Orlando, Florida in 1982. Olive Garden continues to be the number one full-service Italian restaurant company in the country with more than 800 restaurants bringing Italian hospitality to hungry people around the world.

After having a terrible experience at another downtown Restaurant I rarely eat out anymore.
My hubby and I gave OG a try after church on March 9 and I am sooooooo glad we did. I haven't eaten at a OG for years, I can't believe what we have been missing!!
Our server Beth brought back my love for dining out. Thanks Olive Garden for training your wait staff the way they should be. I can tell this place really cares about their customers and has great Management and staff.
We will be back again soon!! Wish I could eat there everyday. The food was excellent, too.
