Having worked for multiple Security companies in my life I can tell everyone how Securitas stacks up agains a host of other companies. These items listed below are mainly on how the main office conduscts it's self.



Here's my scale 1 poor to 5 excellent.



Oraganizational skills - 1 (no one knows what the other one is doing most of the time)



Communications skills - 1 ( same as above)



Uniform Quality - 2 (worst iniforms I have ever had bases on wear and quality)



Respect/attitude with officers - 1 (If they want something from you they're very respectfull, If you needs something from them they don't want to hera from you and seem annotyed that you even called.)



Supervisors overall conduct - 1 (officers are treated poorly.)



Pay scale - 3 (all dependent upon the post just like all other companies)



Company Loyalty - 2 (many double standards)





Bottom Line - Shop around. There are better Security companies out there.
