Absolutely rude people. I spent $50 on shirt tags for my grandmother in the nursing home and was promised next day; fast forward one entire week and was called it was ready. Fine; so I picked them up; the black haired girl and her associate verbally sighed when I told them what order I was picking up; handed me the bag; and then proceeded to talk about me as I walked out. I will never grace them with my business again, and I would strongly urge you to find another store as well. They lie about dates; don't update you on your order when it's delayed; and then are upset that you're bothering them when you call a few days after the date THEY set.

I have never bought anything here before but I needed a rush job. A friend past away and I was needing a quilt embroidered in time for his funeral they more then happily helped me. That meant so much too me. I would recommend
