Roof job went fine until 1 month after the roof was completed I was getting water dripping into my attic. Called this company 2x about the issue. I was told they'd be by Thursday or Friday at the latest to take a look at it. Waited around, They never showed up! Horrible communication/customer service. Had it fixed by someone else.

When a company tells you they will do the job, do it, don't promise to come out 4 days in a row then don't show up or bother to even call. Mike put us in a bad position waiting for as he promised to show up then never did, I even told him the roof was leaking and we were expecting rain and snow. If he didn't want the job he should have been honest and said so, not had us wait and have to find another roofer.......who came the same day and did the job.
