Barnesville High School operates under the Barnesville Public Schools District. Barnesville High School offers a variety of sports, such as girl and boy s basketball, cheerleading, baseball, tennis, badminton, swimming, soccer, baseball and softball. Extracurricular activities at the school include the Knowledge Bowl, Family, Career and Community Leaders of America organization, junior-senior banquet, senior trips, state fine arts and academic competitions, band and choir concerts and National Honor Society.
