The owners of this business run an immaculate, friendly and impeccable business. They go above and beyond and have the highest safety and health standards. I cannot say enough good things about their service and integrity. GO there. Support them. You won't regret it.

We at Country Clean Laundromat are sorry for any inconvenience for you or any other of our customers. But, as Todd N. stated, the change in our hours were posted prior to the change, and continue to be posted thru out the Laundromat as well as in the window, on Lime Green signs. We always make every attempt to give ample notice to everyone with any changes or new added services that we may be offering. As always we continue to give thanks and appreciation to our many, many loyal customers, and are over whelmed with the continuous positive comments and compliments we receive on a daily basis. We are proud of our facility and will always do everything we can to provide everyone with a clean, friendly and professional service. We are definitely far from being UNRELIABLE!

Heather, we are so sorry for your inconvenience; however, the hours at our facility were changed on November 8th to include 7 days a week opening at 8am and closing at 8pm. There was and still is a very large bright green sign on the front window (as well as throughout the laundromat) since October 30th. We advertised the change on the radio, on our webpage and in the Rural Star newspaper. Again, we apologize but the change was and continues to be posted in clear view for all to see.

Yes, it's clean and new with some good features but they're never open for the hours they advertise. It doesn't help one bit to have good equipment and WiFi if I drive all the way in and YOU'RE NOT OPEN! Drove in today at 7:30, sign days open at 6a yet no one is there, no answering machine, no sign explaining why...and it's not the first time this is happened, but it is the time that made me frustrated enough to come to yelp. I'll be returning to the Illion laundromat from now on...it's worth a longer drive to know it'll be open and have staff that are actually helpful.

Best laundromat I have ever been to. Great prices.. Friendly staff.. High-tech good quality machines... And great services offered... I won't go to anyplace els...
