I placed an order thru fromyouflowers.com. They contracted with this florist. The delivery person never called my friend that they were at her address provided online. They also didn't call me to ask me what they wanted me to have them do when she wasn't home yet. A note was left on the driveway that it was left at a neighbors address. Unfortunately that neighbor is the one neighbor on the street you don't want to deal with. When I called to speak with the shop I was basically called a liar that the driver always calls the recipient. She was not apologetic. She told me it could be taken care of the next day. I provided them with the phone number to call my friend that they "never had," and the driver admitted to her that he was never given the number to call. I called the shop again to speak with the manager and she herself had terrible customer service skills and couldn't even tell me how it would be taken care of. I asked her about compensation and she told me they would call 1800flowers. She didn't even know looking at the order that it wasn't even done with 1800flowers and instead from the other company I mentioned above. She was not apologetic at all. I had to call the online company who contracted to them to tell them what happened. The shop never notified them to begin with that the delivery was left at a neighbors so I would have never known there was an issue if I didn't speak to my friend and ruin the surprise for their anniversary. Please if you are ordering flowers do not use her shop. You will be upset like I am. Save yourself the aggravation. I know have to wait to hear from the online order site who contracted to them to deliver to know what is going on and how it is handled. That shop has no idea what they are doing and are not reliable. I am just hoping my friend receives the flowers somehow and now might have to be remade at a different shop and delivered 2 days later when she will be home to receive them. What a happy anniversary gift. Thank you " designs by Larissa" for being a terrible floral shop and for NOT making my friends wedding anniversary special. Your shop deserves to be closed down. I hope you never are contracted again with fromyouflowers.com again.

I just received flowers for my birthday yesterday and they were gorgeous! They were the prettiest roses I have ever seen. The flowers were from my husband and he said he told the flower shop to send me something wonderful...and it was! The roses were lavender colored and just beautiful!

Worst florist I've ever had to deal with for a floral arrangement. Flowers were delivered when I was out of town and left at my door, so they were dead when I returned home. Called the florist and she said she would deliver new flowers and she never delivered them. Definitely would not recommend this florist and they don't even deserve one star!

She isn't even worth one star. I order an arrangement from this shop, and when it came it looked NOTHING like what i had order, the colors weren't even right. The flowers were half dead. Some of them looked like she picked them right off the side of the road, and I could arrange flowers better than her. I will NEVER be ordering from this shop again, and no one else should ever even consider her.

I will NEVER order flowers from this florist again in my life. We ordered a specific bouquet online for my mother and upon delivery the arrangement looked nothing like what we had ordered, nor was it in the requested vase. The flowers were fresh, but that was all the order had going for it. There was only one type of flower that matched anything in the bouquet ordered. Do NOT order from this shop!!! I give it one star for fresh flowers and NOTHING else!
