We had a great experience with Sterling Exteriors. From meeting with Allstate to getting the work completed it couldn't have gone any smoother. They started our roof on a Monday and completed all in one day. The following day the siding was completed. We basically had a brand new home in two days. We couldn't be any happier with the process. Sterling Exteriors and Mike did a great job, and it was all covered by Allstate. We have recommended them to our neighbors, friends, and family.

The complaint ensee4 [below] is not completely honest because I was one of the canvassers that approached this home owner with Sterling's brochure of information on that particular day... at no time would I have gotten upset that the homeowner did not agree to our inspection of his home because Sterling's canvasser(s) get paid very well per hour whether people agree or not and no pressure for an agreement to a storm inspection. The other canvasser with me that day mentioned that she had walked past this home a couple days prior and the dog in the garage did excessive barking and it concerned her yet again, being that the weather was getting warmer outside. The male home owner, after being asked if the dog was ok was extremely rude & abrupt for just asking him a couple questions. Shelly Andre's name was on the business card [claims specialist for Sterling] she is not a canvasser and was not present on that day.

Just such a shame that some people can not control their temper and take a moment to be civil when asked non confrontational questions. smh

My home in Elgin was recently damaged by hail and I was referred to Sterling Exteriors by my sister. We ended up getting new siding as well as a new roof, due to the storm damage. The whole process was very smooth and I am glad my sister referred me to Sterling. The entire roof was completed on Tuesday and the following day all of the siding was replaced. Sterling's crews were exceptional and cleaned everything up before they left. I would recommend Sterling Exteriors to anyone looking for a contractor.

I'm from Algonquin and wanted to have my siding checked out after the hail storm in August last year. I was recommended by my neighbor who had their siding replaced by them last fall. My experience with them was great. They handled everything for me, including meeting with my insurance company. My home looks brand new, I love it.

I signed up with Sterling Exteriors for a free hail inspection on my home. After finding out that I had hail damage on my siding, I made a claim with Allstate. Sterling got everything approved and got our house done at no cost to us. We couldn't be happier with the experience, and love the way our home looks.
