Very nice people and very good at the job! The prices are more then reasonable and they are very recommended from me. Will definitely be seeing them again.

Called PJs Appliance for a repair on an oven about two weeks ago. This company has been the most helpful company I have ever delt with. The oven was acting up (again) and after having three different companies out to try to fix it, and they got my oven replaced. They were accomidating to my schedule and called before getting to my home. The tech was polite and very kind, Phyllis (in the office) called GE on my behalf more than once and was very understanding when I called. This process did take time but Phyllis kept me updated and when GE made the tech come out more than once to "try something new" he was professional and thorough. I have found a keeper!! PJs Appliance has my business forever!!! Thank You

PJ's was over an hour late for my scheduled appointment, and no one called to let me know. It was one of those "be home during this time" appointments that I'd taken a half day off of work to be home for. I called at 5:00 PM when no one showed, and I left a message. No call back until the service guy calls 15 minutes from my house (at 6:00 PM). They said he would call 30 minutes beforehand.

The service guy was polite and apologetic. He spent a few minutes looking at my dryer. Before he left he said he would order some parts, and I'd get a call back to schedule a time to finish the repair. After a week and a day I called to see what was going on. After being on hold for 15 minutes, the woman I asked said she would call back in a minute. That was 3 days ago.

Update: It has now been almost a month since PJs came to look at my dryer, and after calling GE again, I finally got a call a week ago from PJs saying my parts were in. Unfortunately I missed the call, and I've called back 3 times and left messages. Still no response. I have no idea what is going on with this place. I don't have the time to call businesses over and over hoping for someone to pick up the phone.

I am now forced to bring my dryer back to where I purchased it because I cannot get resolution from PJs or GE.
