Front desk won't allow scheduling of new patients without records request from previous doctor which would be great if the guy didn't up and retire and close his practice. I was unable to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was very rude.

Neither my son nor I cared for Dr. Ferretti's bedside manner. We found him patronizing and insulting. Dr. Ferretti also felt free to comment on me and my medical concerns, which were none of his business and are being attended to by my private physician. We first visited Dr. Ferretti because my son was in a medical crisis and I was very concerned about his health. To go off about me was inappropriate and irrelevant. We were there because of my son. Fortunately, our health insurance provider has changed and we have chosen to go elsewhere. I would advise against Dr. Ferretti. His ego seems to get in the way of what he is supposed to do. His associate was fine. I would recommend her. What I did like was that if I called, I was able to get my son in right away. The most I ever waited was a couple of hours.
