Barron High School is a part of the Barron Area School District and offers educational and extracurricular programs for children from grades prekindergarten to twelve. The school enrolls more than 500 students annually and features small and large classrooms, after-school learning laboratories, day care and extended session before and after school programs. Located in Barron, Wis., its curriculum includes mathematics, English, science, foreign languages, history, geography and economics and offers a variety of sporting options, such as girls and boys basketball, cheerleading, baseball, tennis, badminton, swimming, soccer, baseball and softball. The school s library is well-equipped and offers a variety of books, periodicals, magazines and newspapers. Clubs at the Barron High School include art, conservation, FBLA, FCCLA, FFA, forensics, Jazz band, key club, literary club, musical, national honor society, PAL, quiz bowl, Student Senate and Yearbook clubs.
