Perfect hotel for one night. Clean, big room, AC, bathtub, enormous bed, TV, breakfast.
I recommend it.

Very comfortable bed, as well as a recommendation for food that was delicious! Barstow is the hub of many things in the area, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We've been on the road for a week from Portland and this place stands out for value and cleanliness - inside and out. Wish it had been warmer the pool looked so inviting. The room had laminate flooring instead of the usual grimes carpet. This bathroom was newly updated. Plenty of floor space where I could do my exercises. Fridge and micro wave were a bonus we hadn't counted on. Lots of surfaces for our suitcases. A table and chairs where we ate our take out dinner. AND ample outlets for our devices on BOTH sides of the very comfy bed. We almost forgot about breakfast but were glad we didn't. It was a touch above the usual complimentary fare. Too many calories for me but I did want to see the pancake machine in action. The only staff we met was there in the evening and morning and was gracious and professional. The price was a really good value.

If you are looking for a clean cheap place to lay your head, this is the place.

I stay here on my way to Phoenix. The rooms are clean, and quiet.
$45.00 total for one person non smoking I believe is very reasonable.

. Bigger than usual rooms, furnished well, clean. Glad it had a fridge. Nice flat screen tv. Wall mounted noisy air conditioner, didn't bother me though and I could easily hear the tv over it. Bed was super comfy and nice pillows. Breakfast area is in the lobby, not a lot of seating, we were lucky not many there for breakfast. Had scrambled eggs, sausage patties, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, cereals, oatmeal and pancakes from the 1 minute pancake machine. Juice machine with Orange, mango & papaya, apple & lemonade and coffee, all very nice. Overall very nice place for the price.

This motel is pretty good. The room I stayed in was decently clean and spacious.

I stayed at this Motel on my way home it has nice rooms especially for the wonderful price. The customer service is amazing especially the front desk I think her name was Nichole she was super nice and helpful with answering all of my questions!! The rooms are clean and the breakfast was amazing! They also have a washer and dryer that you can use if needed as long as you have quarters :) I will definitely stay here again!

When in Barstow stay here. It's not too far from the freeway and really central to all places to eat/shop around. Don't get me wrong it's not luxury and it's not going to impress the hotel snob. It's just nice. It's quiet. The staff is friendly and it's a family run place that shows they take pride in it. Can't beat the rate.

Stayed overnight in Barstow before driving to Las Vegas. Excellent room, air and continental breakfast before leaving. The Hotel Managers were excellent. Very accommodating. Good Rate!

I am giving this place 5 stars not due to the amenities but due to the service. The owner who was at the desk was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and did not smell of strong cleaning chemicals. The air was fresh and the room well laid out for convenience. At breakfast we were treated kindly, like we mattered and the food was not gourmet but was adequate to get us going for the day. I would definitely stay here again and would even plan my trip to land at that spot for bedtime.

Second stay was better than the first. I travel a lot and it was so nice to have consistency. Very friendly owners (I assume). They treat their hotel like a family business should be treated. Great full course breakfast. Very nice updated rooms. Pet friendly. I only wish I could travel with my fur-babies but business is business. If I could, at least I know it is an option within limits I'm sure. There has been ample parking both times I came in late and both times the owners are available immediately for checkin. I never had an issue with booking through hotelscom and with a competitor down the road where I used to stay when I'd commute I had been double charged and it was a hassle. I can only expect at a place like Budget Inn that if anything went wrong, with their "family" style service it would be taken care of. I'm thankful there is a place like this to stop between my destinations for travel. Also the rooms... best mattress, clean wood laminate floors, seems to be new grout and tile bathrooms, HOT water, nice tv, no noise. So if you are thinking about stopping to rest... don't second guess it and make some new friends.

Last minute stop because I hit to tired to drive. Happened to drive up to this place. Late night person was very friendly and the rate was good for a last minute stop. Clean room and very comfortable bed. I would stay here even if it wasn't a last minute thing.

We flew in to do Disneyland but I decided to pick up my niece who lives in Vegas and needed a cheap place for one night. I decided to drive by all the hotels that were being offered on Expedia, just so that I could see for my own two eyes what I thought would be a safe place being that we never been to Barstow before. Budget Inn immediately caught my attention because from the outside it looked, clean and remodeled, plus they had good reviews. I'm so glad I chose Budget Inn!!!!!! The staff were really friendly and I was sooooooo surprised with the rooms. Our bathroom was almost like a "spa". The rooms are clean and updated. In the morning they also have a great breakfast which was convenient for kids. (Only down fall, we weren't allowed to take our breakfast to our room.) Def will stay again when in Barstow. If you have children , definitely stay here!!! Safest and cleanest place on the main with Dennys directly across the street

The rooms are very clean, the swimming pool was very refreshing and cool on 110 degree day. The five star rating, however, is due to the friendly, kind, helpfut hospitality of the motels hosts, Paul and Vaishali. We arrived ragged from a bad travel day and were restored and happy soon thereafter because of the exemplary service and kind manner

We stayed here 3 nights room was nice ,price was very reasonable and the manager was the most helpful person ever . He gave us directions , advice and even a ride to the airport !! could'nt have been any better!
