My stepson has proved unreliable in the past delivering our picture order and/or pictures. So, I have contacted the photographer directly to order pictures. He still has all the previous pictures on file and will gladly reprint the package we would like and mail it directly to us. I really appreciate their service and willingness to accommodate us. I only wish he had a website to make ordering easier and more convenient. Sometimes it takes several tries before I can reach someone to place an order.

THEY TOOK MY SONS SCHOOL PICTURE ON A VERY HOT DAY IN THE DESERT AFTER HE RAN A MILE IN PE, HIS HAIR WAS STRINGING WET FROM SWEAT. I ASKED FOR A REFUND. THEY SAID THERE WAS A MAKE-UP PICTURE DAY. THEY DID NOT RETAKE HIS PICTURE ON THAT DAY OR REFUND MY MONEY.
