Dr Case I like. The front desk people- very inefficient. One person seems to micromanage everyone so nothing gets done. It takes 2 weeks to get a referral and that's if you are babysitting them which is ridiculous. We've been a lot of places and never had problems w referrals these people just don't even submit them for weeks!!!! Too bad my wife really likes the doc but it's a but ridiculous dealing with the staff. They also will take all of your info- name, DOB and everything and then call you back for an appt. Really people? It's one more step to schedule the appointment but like I said before one lady in charge who micromanage everything and makes the staff very inefficient.

I truly appreciate his practice of not over medicating or quickly medicating children. Many Peditricians seem to treat by their prescription pad instead of letting the body do what it should do. He seems to care about each and every child in his care as well.
