I agree, beware of this company Industrial Commercial products, they ship lightbulbs that you didn't order, then they invoice you for them. Supposedly I ordered this on a Sunday, and they couldn't tell me how I ordered it. I was told by one woman, then when I call again, was told, we are not open on Sunday. Each time no one is around to answer calls Then you get someone and they tell you no one is there to talk to they will call back, and then they hang up. . They did come to pick them up finally. I called several times to make sure I was removed from their companies data base, and when I say I want to be removed, they hang up.

One of the people in our office took a call from Commercial Distributing Co at the 24716 Main St. address. A few days later we received a large shipment of lightbulbs. Today I left a message with their office that we did not order the bulbs, we will not pay for the bulbs & they have to make arrangements to have them shipped back to Barstow at their expense. Apparently this scam of their has been going on for many years. How do they continue getting away with this? I guess the next contact I make will be with the Attorney General of the State of California.

These people called our front office and asked who handles our shop supplies. Once they got the name they disappeared. Some weeks later we recieved a box of lightbulbs with our person's name on the invoice. It is our company policy that we only do business with pre-approved vendors and PO numbers are required on all invoices. Not only did they spell our company name wrong, none of the other information was on the invoice. After leaving several messages on thier "customer service" line, I fianlly got a call back. Once the operator realized that I was standing firm that we were not paying the invoice, she abruptly hung up the phone on me and wouldn't take any other calls. Stay away from this company and don't even take their calls if you can avoid it.

Sales person called our company and talked to me and stated they had a box of complimentary light bulbs "free of charge" for doing business with them in the past (which we have not). Now they are billing us $497. I just read the previous comments and wish I had done so before. Bulbs are getting returned.....

This company's sales dept. called our office and spoke to one of our staff; got their name, verified our address and shipped us a bunch of lights no one ever ordered. What they did is told him; "We're sending you guys a $100 gift certificate with your order "and then asked if that was okay. Knowing nothing about it and assuming someone else on staff may have ordered it; he said yes. But no one did order it. This is about as crooked as you get!
