Provided by YP.comI'm the one who posted this prior review. The situation has been taken care of and I once again am rating this Starbucks with 5 stars. I regret that I made the prior review, but I was still angry when I wrote it, because it seemed like nothing was being done about this situation. So now that everything is fixed, I highly recommend this Starbucks to everyone. Satisfaction guaranteed.

Provided by YP.comThis Starbucks is normally steller in its service, but beware. Do not go there around the 3 p.m. hour, because there is a certain employee that is terrible to her customers and I think she should be fired. Yesterday she said she couldn't charge me for my coffee because it hadn't finished
being brewed yet. Therefore she made me go to the end of the line and wait in line all over again until the coffee finished brewing before she could charge me for it. I said I would pay for it and wait, but she refused and said it was "the rules." Those are pretty bad rules, considering all she had to do was let me pay for it and then write my name on the cup so I could wait until it finished brewing, but she wouldn't have any of that.
This woman should be reprimanded and fired for what she did to me. I really wanted that particular cup of coffee, so I capitulated and waited in line all over again to get it. That Starbucks employee should have never done that and I complained to their employees this morning real early before anyone was crowding the establishment. I would have complained more than I did when it happened, but I didn't want to make a scene and I wasn't sure if she was right or not at the time. I am convinced now that she was not right and a Starbucks employee should NEVER treat their customers that way, especially in a company that attempts to be so customer-friendly. I'm sure my complaint fell on deaf ears, but at least I had the satisfaction
of knowing that they were aware of it. I am a regular at Starbucks and they know me there. I warned them that if I see that woman working there any time I came in, I would turn around and leave and go somewhere else. I will not be treated like that in any Starbucks establishment again. So if you want coffee at this Starbucks, beware this woman at around the 3
p.m. shift. She's bad news all around. She certainly had no problem giving me a hard time in front of a whole line of people. Very embarassing to me and the friend that was with me. If I stop going to that Starbucks, my friends will stop going there too. This I know, because they only go there because I go there. Losing my business won't hurt this mega-company, but if they keep hiring employees like this the tide will eventually turn against them. Aside from that, any other time
of day is fine for this Starbucks. Their coffee and service is good
other than this particular bad apple of a woman they have working for them. After complaining to the establishment this morning, I still received no satisfaction that anything would even be done about it. Don't be fooled folks! Starbucks isn't as customer friendly as they want you to believe. Their main priority is and always will be the bottom
line. The customer comes second, if not last. End of story.

Provided by YP.comThis Starbucks is located perfectly between the I-15 freeway and I-40 freeway. This Starbucks is always clean and the service is excellent. The various Starbucks products served here are great too. The coffee is always fresh and hot. The atmosphere is also very nice and the music is always good.
