100% dedicated to each and every customer. It shows that she loves what she does and makes sure you're happy with her grooming results. I took my yorkie in for her first hair cut and picked up an adorable sweet-smelling transformation! Love her...and more importantly, so does my dog!

She legitimately cared about every dog she grooms. If you don't like the cut on your dog, she is happy to fix it if you'll let her. She is a top notch groomer for the household pet. She doesn't do big dogs or super fancy show cuts but she can make a scruffy dog look nice or keep a nice dog looking nice. She is not a talker on the phone so she can seem rude if you don't know her demeanor but she has never been rude to me or any customer I've seen her deal with.

very very rude on the phone. don't know how she can be fully booked! wouldn't even answer a simple question.
