This company cannot keep dependable, mature or experienced people. They let clients go weeks and even months without being staffed leaving our homes filthy and almost uninhabitable. I have to wear shoes while inside my home because the floors are Sooo disgusting and not having laundered clothes to wear, clean linens or towels to use. They NEVER stay in contact or send me a fill in during these CONTINUES laps in service. I’ve been with this company for over three years and have had probably 20 different PCA’s (personal care assistant). They simply DO NOT care!
There is NO inner office communication whatsoever. We Desperately need another company in Bartlesville.
If you are on Medicare’s Advantage Plan Pleeeze do everything possible to stay away from Shannadoa Home Health!!
