I applied for a position with this company - first they call late in the afternoon and left a message on my answering machine to come in the next morning for a screening with out explaining what it was . This was the day before a major holiday when many people were out of town and many like myself on vacation. I have over 25 years of call center experiance including training others in call centers. They never called back or followed up . Unbelievable . For a recuiter this was unacceptable. I believe this is the most unprofessional company I have encountered . How long they will be in business is anyones guess. And really - 8.00 an hour for "quality" customer service ?? Who are they kidding. Asheville, NC
