Bartlett Public Library District offers materials, information and services to meet the personal, educational, cultural and occupational needs of the residents of its community. The library maintains a multimedia collection, including CDs, DVDs, cassettes and videotapes . Bartlett Public Library has a staff of more than 70 employees. The library offers meeting rooms to commercial organizations and nonprofit community groups. It also provides Internet stations in the children's room in each of its branches. In addition, it offers computers for word processing and accessing the Internet. The library arranges a variety of programs for children, families, teenagers and youths. Bartlett Public Library is located in Bartlett, Ill.

for a Library......

Bartlett's is pretty lame. They could try to function as a business but then I suppose they'd need to pay their staff more and by the ineffectiveness of the current employees, they must be working for free.

First of all, they have hours that suit them rather than trying to see when people want/need to use the library.

Their drive up drop off bin is in a stupid place and entry/exit from the parking lot is ridiculously maze-like.
