Hawk Hollow Elementary School provides learning opportunities to more than 510 students in kindergarten through grade six. Its academic curriculum includes several subjects, such as fine arts, math, physical education, reading, science and social studies. The school offers English Language Learners, Battle of the Books, Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.), and special and gifted education programs. It also provides various instructional programs, such as Houghton Mifflin reading, Everyday Mathematics and FOSS. In addition, it offers a before- and after-school day care program that provides opportunities for children to participate in organized games, computer activities, and art and craft projects. Hawk Hollow Elementary School is a part of Illinois School District U-46 and is located in Bartlett, Ill.
