I have been going to Lorena's for over 10 years. I have had haircuts, perms, coloring, up-do's, etc. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Maybe the previous reviewer had a bad batch of solution. I bet if they had called and let Laura know, she would have taken care of it. Juan and Laura are extremely talented and very customer service oriented. They are wonderful with kids, too. The kids have been there since they were tiny, and they always give them great haircuts, and treat them like family. Would recommend Lorena's to anyone!
