Absolutely, without a doubt, the best customer service that I have experienced with my Quantum equipment and tech support whenever I needed. I have been shooting since the 70's and have worked with different professional photo dealers and service. As I live in southern California, there are many pro shops to choose where I purchase equipment and seek professional technical support and guidance. The only place, and person that I speak with, are directly with Quantum and Promark Brands. I am certain that people seeking professional assistance with their Quantum product needs, and have spoken with Quantum's lead technical support person, would provide feedback similar to mine. Quality customer service and support seems like a rarity in today's fast paced retail market. I feel extremely fortunate to receive such service from Quantum directly. Thank you and hats off to Quantum's tech support and sevice!

Ridiculous customer service. They have had my Norman for over 2 months now and can't get it back! Stay away from these guys!
