I called to place a carry out order and the lady placing my order was rude and hung up in my face. I called back the same lady answered the phone and when I asked for her manager, she must have just put the phone down and left. No manager ever came to the phone. This the second time I’ve received bad service from this Applebee’s and I will never order from here again. I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

Food is good but the service is awful and this waitress didn't set the table with silverwares, napkins, and other services, also I ordered some fries but I didn't received my fries and charged me with fries anyways and she act like she don't like her job and she kept avoid us. I paid for my food and I didn't give her no tip and told her she did a bad job and walked out.

I would not reccomend you wasting your time! the food was ok but it took an hour and a half to eat
