I'm so surprised at the negative reviews given to this place! Mattie was absolutely fantastic! I absolutely loved my experience here. The two ladies helped me find several dresses that were beautiful and reasonably priced. The second one I tried on I LOVED. They were so helpful in helping me put it on and get it to fit right. Way more helpful than any other bridal store I had been to. They didn't pressure me to buy anything and were just very kind and respectful. I wound up buying my dress for half what it would have cost somewhere else and I am in love with it! I can't rave enough about how much I enjoyed working with these two ladies! They gave me their undivided attention and were so sweet through the whole process. Five stars!!!!

I wish I didn't buy my dress here. The employees were very nice... Until I bought the dress. Then they were extremely rude. They did not keep appointment times, so I sat and waited basically every time I went here. The woman who did the alterations also gave me a fairly low estimate when I bought the dress and charged much more afterwards. The dress was beautiful, but all dresses are. Elegant Bridal made the dress process UNPLEASANT. I cried on more than one occasion because of this shop. So much for that being a happy time!

Save yourself money and aggravation and avoid this place! I went to this boutique for my prom dress and on my first visit the owner Mattie helped me. I ended up having to pick up the dress and go somewhere else for alterations because their tailor only comes in two days a week. When I tried the dress at another tailor the dress fell right off me. They ordered the dress two sizes too big and the dress was missing hooks for the straps. It ended up costing me $130 to get the dress taken in and when I confronted Mattie about how p*ssed off I was she came up with every excuse in the book and even blamed me! I wish I could rate this place 0 stars!

Avoid this place at all costs. The owner Mattie pretends to be nice, but after she gets and sale and has your money, her nasty side comes out. She doesn't return phone calls, she doesn't keep her promises, she's completely unprofessional, she yells at customers, and she's just plain mean and rude. Don't regret your decision by shopping at this place. You can get your wedding/prom dress, etc at other places that treat you with courtesy and respect. Even if you have to travel a little or order on line. I'm doing you the biggest favor but enlightening you. I welcome others to share their negative experiences about this place.

DO NOT come here unless you enjoyed being screamed at. Worst customer service, unprofessional and downright nasty to clients. After spending a significant amount of money in the store customers deserve to be treated better. Just awful.

Horrible customer service. The owner of this place is very rude and they are a rip off! Take my advice and go some Where else
