Provided by YPmobileWe were 4 adults and 2 children in a nearly empty restaurant. Service was beyond slow, drinks were painful to get refilled, and they charged us 18% gratuity without telling us ahead of time. They said that regardless of whether there are children or not that 6 people are 6 people. The manager was rude and unfriendly. We will not be going back!

Provided by YPmobileRecently went to try Mountain Creek Grill after the reopening and I was not disappointed! My waiter was Justin who was extremely polite and attentive, constantly checking up on me to ensure I had everything I needed. I started with the chicken quesadillas which were phenomenal! Had that been my entree itself I still would have been please and that was just the appetizer. I then followed with a cheeseburger as my entree, which was cooked very well, and tasted great. It also was brought out very quickly and I wasn't waiting long. The meal was brought to a close with a warm brownie and ice cream, and the hot and cold combo brought it all together, for one of the best dining experiences I have had in a while. I will be back for sure and highly recommend it to others.

Provided by YP.comFOOD and SERVICE QUALITY was EXCELLENT! Waitress was Angela, very sweet and attentive, General Manager and entire staff was friendly and attentive as well. We ordered Chicken Parm, which was two huge pieces of chicken, Bleu Bull Burger was excellent, cooked to perfection. So much food, we brought home enough for an entire meal. Desserts were awesome, Peanut Butter Panic, NY Style Cheesecake and Mountain Brownie were delicious and fresh.......and.......we were even provided salt and pepper....(sorry Mike E.) Highly Recommend.

Provided by YP.comThis is the first (and last) time I have eaten there since it was redone. I sat in the rear at the bar so I could watch the soccer match. I ordered a Belvidere Vodka on the rocks...with a twist and they automatically served me a double...Not of Belvidere, but Grey Goose because they did not have any Belvidere in stock. The Grey Goose (which I have had frequently) tasted like it was half water.
I also ordered the salmon but they said it was in a Teryaki sauce which I do not like, so then I switched my order to a roast turkey dinner. I ordered it with a side of steamed veggies, and some cornbread. The cornbread was fine....the veggies were barely warm let alone cooked., They brought me another order of veggies....in which the carrots were close to being cooked, but the green beans were not even close to being cooked. The bartender server was engrossed in a personal conversation with one of the other patrons and forgot to even set me up with salt and pepper.
Between the cut vodka, served as a "double" which I did not ask for, the almost cold then semi cooked veggies, the tasteless turkey, gravy and stuffing, the lack of even the basics of rudimentary service, and a bill totaling some $28 and change .....this was my first and last visit to The Mountain Grill....I would steer others away.
