Jacob was awesome!! He explains everything well in detail. He takes pride in what he does. Place is very clean. Ready at or around the time given. Very friendly. You can see the love of animals in this place, it's not just about the business. Saturdays & Sundays open is the best idea they could have. Affordable rates for all the work they do!! Keep up the GREAT job, Jacob!!

I am a mother of a Maltese "Paxie", Her hair is long and flowing, high maint., and I am REALLY picky with the way she looks. I have been going Crystal & Jacob BEFORE they opened their own Parlor. I have found they are loving to all animals, care about the customers needs & wants. I was very impressed with the job she did on my cat. She bathed her and shaved her and it was perfect. I had no complaints on the service.



The only thing I'd change is the price. She's a bit pricy and her prices aren't consistant.
