My visit to Timothy Bauer's office was probably the worst doctor's visit I've ever had. I went to his office with serious concerns about vision problems that are continuously getting worse, and he barely listened to me. I felt as if I was treated in a highly unprofessional manner by him and his staff, and when I tried to explain multiple times my concerns about my vision, he was dismissive and kept repeating information I already knew. He joked around with his staff about taking pictures of my eyes with a "machine that barely works" and "keeps breaking" and then charged me over $200 for the experience (his teenage receptionists failed to let me know before the appointment when I handed them my card that they did not accept my insurance). Honestly I was shocked and very upset at having to pay so much money for such bad service by someone who should be a "doctor". There are other optometrists in the area and I highly recommend seeing someone else.

The people in the office are extremely rude. I happen to think the face of your business (the people who deal with clients) should be polite, service oriented and at the very least nice, but I have never spoken to anyone in this office who had any interest in being of any help. Horrible customer service.

Poor customer service! I felt as though they created a condition just so they could charge to treat it. Maybe its coincidental but my wife has never had any eye conditions other than poor vision and the day after she visits this office she gets a stye. Then they proceed to tell her that they should treat her and charge her for the visit. IF you value your eyes do not visit this doctor or you too will be take for a ride!
