Terrible customer service! Took them at least 6 months after we closed on the house to finish our punch list items we had agreed in writing they would finish. We didn't collect escrow money at closing because Llwyd Ecclestone insisted we "trust" them. Do NOT trust them. Get everything in writing and make sure they finish everything before you give them any money. John Silich is an egotistical, arrogant individual. When we asked them to finish the items our contract states they would finish they acted like we were the ones being unreasonable. When in reality we had given them several months to finish the job they should have finished before we closed.
In the process of building our home we went through at least 5 different employees. Significant employee turnover at the company and it is clear that none of their employees are happy. We had heard rumors that several of their employees were not getting paid and we heard they don't pay their sub contractors. Do NOT use them!
