This local business has done nothing but right by me in two different houses. The office staff is kind always goes the extra mile. The technicians are honest and realistic, telling me how much something will cost and if it's worth it. Sometimes it's hard to get them out in a timely manner, but it's worth waiting for. Understand that the business is seasonal! Just like calling an air conditioning repairman during a heat wave, you may have to wait. When I moved I tried other companies who were closer, and returned to Huff and Puff. They literally drove the extra mile for me.

I just had our chminey cleaned by these folks. The guy came half an hour laste and once he was in informed me that they just clean from inside. Within five minutes hje got a phone call and left the house while leaving the vaccum on. 2o minutes later he came in and packed his stuff. Every time I looked around, I just saw him vaccum the floor. I cannot say he even used his brush from inside the house. I was sitting right there in the kitchen working. That night there was smell of soot all over the house. For the price they charge, they at least ahve to spend 30 minutes cleaning your chimney. I will never use them again.
