There is 1 Village Market employee who answers the phone to take orders who is very rude, nasty & will threaten to, "Kick your Ass."
When calling an order in, there is sometimes very loud background noise to the degree that the customer cannot hear the employee on the other end of the phone. This particular Village Market employee that I am referring to will tell "you," the customer that there is something wrong with your phone because she can't hear you. She will make you repeat and repeat your order.
I told her that the problem was not my phone, it was her phone with all the background noise. She told me that it, "Is a place of business." She is a smartass, no doubt. I told her that. She proceeded to tell me that, "If I came to Village Market to get my order, "She would kick my ass." Of course, there was some more nasty comments made on both ends, the Village Market employee and myself.
AND THIS IS THE VILLAGE MARKET IN BASSETT, VA, FOLKS.
I have complained about this Village Market employee before and suggested she not be allowed to deal with customers. But, the Village Market seems not to care. I would like to know who the owner of the Village Market is. This employee should not be employed in a capacity to deal with the public.
I will NEVER do business there again. But, I will find out who the owner is & see to it that he gets this review.
