At first I received a defective battery. Emails back and forth resulted in an offer from the company to replace the defective battery and to refund my purchase price. It took a little extra time but I got a new and working battery and a refund!
The staff were nice and I apologized for my impatience and mistrust. ALL GOOD.

Horrible experience.

They delivered the battery in those white plastic bags, with no protection.

The tools provided didn't work for the phone model it was supposed to be.

When I asked for a refund they told me that I had to pay for the delivery. We are talking about a product that costs $9.99

Worst service ever.

Bait and switch. They sold me a zerolemon battery case on ebay WITHOUT THE BATTERY. They are claiming the ad was for the case only, which makes zero sense. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!

Last week I ordered a Aztec galaxy note 2 case and I was charged for free shipping and today my case came and it was broken I still managed to put it on my phone but it's not a good fit it blocks my sensor so I can't unlock or lock my phone

I ordered 2 products from them online, they came with my name adress and OR CURRENT RESIDENT. HOW THE He** are you going to out "or current resident" on stuff I paid for... Never again will I Order from them... as a business owner my self... I wonder how they survive

NEVER ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS ONLINE!! I ordered products from them and still have not received anything. They took the money from my account and never sent my product. I contacted them several times and they have not even tried to resolve the issue or send me my product. They are thieves. Please don't make the same mistake i did.
