Best sausage I've ever had and I've tried a lot of places. Sausage nowhere near as greasy as what Southside Meat Market serves.

This person who rates 1 star is clearly a liar, or she is being paid by yellow pages. I've been to Billy's since I don't even know when, and I've never had bad food. Have I had better bbq, maybe once or twice. But nothing beats billy's sausage. And their brisket is always awesome.

Delicious! Its the BBQ that folks who know the best BBQ keep going back for time and time again! MMMMM!

Billy's BBQ place uses the cheapest, worst meat I have ever seen. It was really awful and looked like it was the garbage swept from the slaughterhouse floor. The smell of rotting flesh and decomposition when entering should have been the signal to run. We couldn't stomach more than a bite and threw it away and cut our losses. Really disgusting, just do yourself a favor and drive on by.
