I was very impressed with Dr Byler and his staff. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and took an experience with a new dentist and made it good.

Awesome! The staff was not only professional but very friendly. Explained all the procedures that needed to take place but all decisions were mine. Dr. Byler was knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions. Not a fan of dental visits but I am actually looking forward to coming back. Great experience.

As always my visit with Jamie, Dr. Byler and the office staff was AWESOME!!! If you are looking for a dentist, come to Chad Byler, you will not be sorry you did!!

I had my first visit today. All went well and I even got my teeth cleaned and it was all done in the same appointment. Sure do appreciate it and the initial price was great!

I really like the hygienist. She was extremely friendly and thorough. My teeth actually felt clean after the cleaning. The office is convenient and clean. I didn't have to wait very long to be assisted. The dentist himself was nice and greeted me in a professional manner. He listened very closely while looking over the x-rays with his hygienist. He reiterated the treatment I needed and it was pretty much the same as the hygienist discussed while she was going over my teeth so I feel pretty confident that what he suggested is what I need.

Great! They are really nice & make sure you're comfortable with every process. Explain things thoroughly and make it easy to understand. Honest opinions and not trying to push prices and procedures down your throat, no pun intended. Definitely coming back. :)

I have never had a bad experience in the years I have been going to Dr. Byler. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate the early hours or Tuesday and Thursday so I don't miss much work.

Who likes to go to the dentist? No one but this office was great! Front desk are so nice, everyone was nice, cheerful, pleasant and answered questions that I had. Will definitely be recommending Dr. Byler and his staff. I appreciate that no one suggested work that I really don't need and DID suggest what I do need but no pressure.

Dr Byler has been my dentist for 9 years now. If you are looking for friendly professional service this is your dental home. Not many people like to feel rushed or become another number. So if one on one personal service from a staff who cares give them a try.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Byler for a couple of years and we find him and his office staff very professional. There is no high pressure to have services done that we don't need. We both recommend this dental office.

I visited Dr. Byler on Monday, May 18th, with a very painful infection in my mouth. He charged me nearly $170 and prescribed an antibiotic. Today, May 22nd, because there was no improvement, I went to my primary care physician who was appalled at the "abscess" and hopes that it doesn't extend to the bone. He scoffed at the antibiotic that was prescribed, gave me an antibiotic shot to get a jump start on the infection, prescribed stronger antibiotics, probiotics, mouth rinse, pain medication, and yogurt. And he wants me to return next Tuesday to make sure it is getting better. Had Dr. Byler treated this infection correctly, it should have been well on its way to healing, if not completely healed, today. In addition, he advertises dental implants; however, he told me he sends those patients to another dentist. All of the excellent reviews on this site and the dental implant ad are what convinced me to go to Dr. Byler. I am definitely "unconvinced" now.
