I have purchased three guns from Crosshairs. Everytime I get great costumer service. The staff is knowledgable. I learn something new everytime I visit the store

Great store with excellent customer service. I love the personal feel you get from this place! The owners are knowledgeable and my daughter is thrilled with her first gun. She got safety tips and a free pair of safety glasses with it as well! I have friends who have been here as well and were able to purchase their guns through a lay-a-way program that the store offers. Pretty cool if you ask me! I will definitely be going back for all my future ammo and gun needs.

Love this store. Great help and terrific selection of guns and ammo. They know what they are doing. Plus, they sold a rifle for me, handling all the transfer paperwork.

Great place! Easy to find....and open EVERYDAY!

My father recently handed his 1953 Winchester Model 94. It is a beautiful rifle. I was disassembling it for a thorough cleaning, when both of the barrel band screws broke!! I am confident in my machinist abilities, but I do not own a drill press so I needed to get this done else where. I dropped the Winchester off @ Crosshairs Texas Sunday evening February 8th. I figured it would be a quick drill & tap job, I can order the new screws myself. I would call every couple of days to ask for an update and every time I called I got, " Oh you just needed a price quote, right?" Then I would be told that I would receive a phone call, which I never did. The gunsmith got blamed for the slow work, saying that he could never be contacted (Load of crap). A week and a half later, I still have no clue what is going on!! I tell them that I am picking my rifle up today to have it ready. By some miracle the gunsmith is contacted no less than 5 minutes to bring my rifle up to the shop. Then I am told that the screws have been drilled and tapped already that the screws were ordered Wednesday. So I went ahead and left it there. I would call with no luck. Still waiting on screws.... What business doesn't us tracking numbers? What business takes 2 weeks for their parts to arrive? One that doesn't stay in business!! It took almost a month for this job to be done. Troy tried to charge me $120 for for a crappy drill job and 1 new screw. The other screw wasn't new and wasn't even the right length!! Well because Troy never gave me a quote that he said he would, I paid the amount my quote was for.....$00. I now have to order new barrel bands and new screws for the job to be done correctly. Do yourself a favor...go to BROTHERS IN ARMS!! I tried to new store because it was closer, and am so sorry that I did!! Just because a place sells expensive guns and overcharges for others doesn't make them a high end store.....
