While looking for a breakfast spot along the Fox River, we came upon Andres' Restaurant - what a fantastic discovery! Their menu is filled with a wide selection of breakfast items that ranged from heart/cardio friendly to decidedly decadent and from traditional morning dishes to those with interesting combinations of spices and savory food items. We went with an EggWhite Omelet with veggies, fresh fruit, and muffin and an order of their Tuscan Omelet (artichoke hearts, tomatoes) ranched styled potatoes and we split a plain waffle with a special request to be extra crunchy. WOW! Food was fantastic (not greasy, overcooked, all special requests were met). Highly recommend. One of the best places we have found in the area (Aurora, North Aurora, Geneva, and Batavia) for breakfast. Service was friendly and attentive, but not over the top!
