One of the worst mechanic shop. I went to get my speed sensors fixed for honda civic and at first they told me $100 for labor and $80 a piece for the sensors and it will be done in the same day. So I took my car in thinking it will be done the same day and I won't have to miss work. They call me a couple hours later that the part is not here and when I told him that I will come pick up my car they said that my car is in pieces and the sensors are broken and that they will need an extra day. So I let it be and give him an extra day the next day I called him and asked about my car and they said that they're still haven't got the part and now I'm supposed to miss two days of work so the third day I call him and they still didn't have the part so now I miss 3 days of work so at the end of the time the fourth day they call me and say that my car is fixed and now rather than the price being around 280 the most they told me it's going to be around 375 they said for the labors so I just let it be and pay them the money and told him that the engine light is off and the guy said yes it is and the car is fine now so I went to pick up my car and after driving 40 miles the engine light turned back on and when I call them the next day to ask why the guy said it's none of our business if you want to bring your car and we can find out but it will be another $100 for labor. I highly recommend anybody to look elsewhere before this happens to you too. And the sad part is that we can't do nothing about it. So now I have to take my car to another mechanic spend more money to fix the problems.

Excellent company!!! Would definitely use again!! We were out of town & our 20 yr old son ran into car problems & ended up needing a tow. Dazzo's responded immediately. They towed his car & drove him home!! They fixed his car that weekend!!! The owner was so helpful & the cost was soo reasonable. I'm so thankful that my son was cared for by the employees at this company. We will definitely be using and recommending Dazzo's from now on! Thank you Dazzo's!

Had my truck towed in for repairs. They quickly diagnosed the problem (water pump) and fixed in an hour. I waited til it was done and got some extra entertainment from all these other reviewers. They need to learn to pay attention and don't park where you arnt allowed. Can't fix stupid! Great company and would recommend to anyone for towing and repair.

True story.My daughter was dropping off a niece at a business.They both get out.My daughter had to use the washroom goes out to leave.The cars gone.Shes wasnt wearing her coat.The owners couldnt get a hold of the driver.They wouldnt let us pick up the car until we paid them $200.SCAM.

I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. Consumers united against unethical business practices. Low life scum. These guys are thieves. Their tow truck drivers get paid by the tow which creates an incentive to illegaly tow everything in sight. Call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and/or take the crooks to small claims court and get your hard earned money back.

They WILL lie if it makes them a few extra bucks. They ripped me off for $400 that I will never see again. What kind of company runs around in the middle of the night, lying about vehicles they tow, and then calls the owner names online and lies about them too? They just lost a large fleet account for their disreputable activities and online name-calling.



No matter what the circumstances, calling people names online is NOT the mark of a reputable establishment. It is indefensible, and points out just who Dazzo's really is.

i went off the road, just west of downtown batavia in a snow storm. I called Dazzo's Towing. They were kind, gave me a fair price. The service was fast, the driver was very careful with my truck and he was very nice. there was no further damage caused to my truck... overall 5+ stars!!!
