Dr Edwards is nice guy and caring professional..unfortunately his office staff are the worst I have ever seen. It takes days for phone calls to get returned, from patients or pharmacies, if the calls get returned at all. I can not believe this is a problem with not enough people, he has more nurses in his office than any other doctors office I have ever seen, yet none of them pick up the phone. My wife has had 2 of our children delivered by Dr. Edwards staff. After her tubes are tied, we are switching drs. The only reason we re still there is because Dr. Edwards is doing the procedure.
