This place is absolutely horrible, I recommend any other DMV over genesee county. First they have horrible snotty attitudes about everything, treat customers very disrespectfully. I tried to register a homemade trailer, after the third visit and completing all the required steps I was told the weight slip could not be used because it had my vehicle weight (on a seperate scale) and that the numbers could be reversed. Yes I am hauling a 6000 pound trailer with a 880 pound truck. Of all places this individual works at the DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES.

All I really needed was the fax number for the office. I have wasted a lot of time looking for it to no avail. Post it to the website with the regular number and all is fixed. Otherwise it is a big waste of time. I give it one star because I could find some other info on it but it instructs me to fax the info to the office. Back to square one.
