HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I dropped my vehicle off and was told that I would be contacted when the work was done. Six hours later, I called and was informed that my vehicle was done. I dropped off a second vehicle and picked up the first one. I noticed that the only thing they did was half-a** washed the outside and drowned the inside with ArmorAll. When I picked up the second vehicle and found that it was no better than the first, I told the employees about the shoddy work. I was told to call the owner/James and he would take care of it. When I called James and told him of the shoddy work, he told me he would talk to his employees and call me back. That was the last time I heard from him. Every time I attempt to contact James, he forwards me to his voicemail. James is the worst kind of business owner and cares nothing about the customer. DO NOT LET HIM CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!

James, the owner/manager does not know or understand how to take care of customers. Performed poor quality work, was 20 minutes late for our appointment after explicitly telling him I had another appointment that morning and assured me that he could accomodate our appointment. Then he decided to not finish the job I asked to be done stating that he was losing money on the work he was doing. Never gave me a chance to pay for the work but decided without my knowledge to only do half the work. Was rude to me on the phone and did not care to appease me.
