This place is Run Down!
1 step in the place and you see it... Then some of the nurses are rude and don't care about the kids..
Then they don't bother to call you back, even if it is an urgent matter!!

All their equipment is outdated and useless,
They should Seriously Not be in business. And I am not being harsh, I gave them a chance. I waited an entire Week for them to call me back after leaving numerous messages. They think there is nothing we can do about it...
Any Urgent care is better staffed, and better equiped. Their equipment is from the 60's.
And they scare your children, rather than spending 30 seconds trying to relate to them..

Very Disappointing! To say the least.
I suspect there are better facilities in Iraq or Afghanistan!!!

I took my children here for a cleaning and a check up today! They were awesome! From the receptionist on! They were really patient with my 4 year old and explained everything to her as it was being done and she allowed them to even clean her teeth with no issues! She was very worried before she went but after this visit she is excited to go back in 6 months for another cleaning! With my 3 year old, They were very understanding and tried to engage him in every way they could, however He was still a bit scared so they didn't make him go through the mess of the cleaning because they didn't want to force him and traumatize him! They did however exam his teeth! He will be going back in 6 mos for his first cleaning! I recommend this office 100%!
