Sportsman's Market is an electronic shopping and mail order service for flight training products and accessories. The company offers products including apparel and embroidery, books, DVD s, software, cockpit accessories, flashlights, cockpit lighting, flight bags, flight computers, flight training as well as logbooks, GPS tools, radios, safety and survival items and scanners. In 1987, the Sporty s Academy was founded to develop aviation courses and provides flight training for students including the University of Cincinnati Professional Aviation Program. The academy continues to give three-day ground school courses in conjunction with AOPA s Air Safety Foundation. Sportsman's Market was founded in 1961 with its headquarters in Batavia, Ohio.
