Very uncooperative with rescue organizations that place and foster dogs for adoption to save them from kill shelters. Will not allow them to pick up dog even though they pay fee. I think this organization could do with new personnel starting with the top and working it's way down. They need someone who is actually intersted in doing the job with compasson and good judgement. The taxpayers are getting not alot for there dollars here.
