My boyfriend and have been doing business with Car Mart of Batesville for 3 yrs!! Gary Britten is the best! He will go above and beyond to help you anyway possible! Angela and Elizabeth are awesome and very friendly! We will not to business with anyone else!! Thanks Guys for all you've done to help us !!

The wife and I purchased a vehicle from them. All was good until the Transmission went out and they told us that we were out of our warranty. They said that they would finance the labor and parts for the repair. So we agreed to that. A month and half later we get our vehicle back with the battery switched with a dead one. So they jump the battery off and tell us it will charge by the time we get home. It did take a charge but when left sitting with no key in the ignition the battery would drain. So I went and bought a new battery same results. When we called them to see about getting the issue fixed they said "I don't know what to tell you." We are paying 2k for the transmission work that wasn't even done right. So I wouldn't buy from them or finance anything from them with their interest rates and their attitudes towards a customer. THEY ARE RIP-OFF ARTIST and SCAMMERS of working class Americans.

I recommend not to do it. They sick and sold us a lemon. Not worth 7000. They threatened to sue us cause we didn't want to do business with them. What happened to remorse rights or the lemon law?!? They're crooks. They told us the car had up to date fluids and everything was safe, not to mention they never told us we had to pay the sales tax. I recommend not going there unless u wanna legally get robbed!

DONT DO IT! I bought a 1998 van, mid-fair condition: carpet had stains, interior was cracked, and on the outside was a big whole where the rust from inside had ate through the paint. They let me buy it with very little downpayment though. They use people who dont have money to make money. I was a single mom and desperate. My car kept breaking down. So I paid almost $10,000,00 for this mini van. I would say that if you have a good down payment, then dont be stupid, go pay the extra cash on something that will last.
