They are really great with my dog & do a wonderful job bathing her. They are also extremely nice & attentive.

To the one that got bit. Im pretty sure there is a sign that says not to put your fingers in cage. Petsense takes the humane societies pets to help adopt them out. Which a lot comes from abused or unwanted homes for which most have to learn to trust humans. Yes I agree the employee should have been more caring

went there with my friends to look for a cat while i was there one of the cats bite me on the finger and it swelled up so much that i could'nt even bend it and hurt so bad for days after that i hardly could sleep which led me to have to got to the doctor to get a shot. the cashier acted like she didnt even care and didnt even offer a band aid. very bad place to take kids the animals are unfriendly and staff are rude and i will be taking them to court to pay for my doctor bill
