My Mustang had literally been looked at by 10 different shops trying to alleviate the problems that it had, never with satisfactory results but of course they would always charge me . A friend recommended I take it to Koch's and I'm glad that I did, they diagnose and fix problems I've been having for 2 years with this car, the service department always kept me in the loop about what was going on and were friendly and courteous. I wish I would have taken the car to these guys a long time ago! This is my go-to garage now when I have any auto issues. If you're having issues with your vehicle don't hesitate to take it there and if they can't fix it ...sell it ;)
